Most likely it's because:

There is no Zaxaa order button on your sales page.

You can still use your own order button but you must follow the instructions below to ensure that we track your stats accurately.

1. Go inside your product settings >> integration settings >> order button >> click here

2. A new page will open, like this:

Simply follow the on-screen instructions -- including inserting the tracking code we provide you, onto your sales page.

Note:

The screenshot above has 4 prices because the multi-pricing feature is turned on. If you're only using 1 price, then only "Price 1" is available.
