Some customers' names show up while others don't is because when people purchase, we don't ask for their name, we only ask for their email (to maximize conversions, hence we only require them to fill out their email).

At the time of purchase, if they already have a Zaxaa account (as affiliates/vendors), then their name will show up because for affiliates and vendors, they must complete their profile including their name.

If they don't have a Zaxaa account yet at the time of purchase, their name won't show up.
